Chris Frederick studied art at the University of Missouri, Columbia, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Degree in 1996. Her BFA emphasis was in drawing and painting. Her art revolves around her spiritual interpretation of nature. Because of its translucency and sometimes unpredictability, watercolor is an excellent medium toward that end. She has won many awards for excellence in art. Her work appears in corporate and private collections in Europe and in the United States.
